These are glow pens they are made with beads, or confetti with bubblegum beads, rhinestone, beads, or silicone, beads, fluffy spacers, and silicone Kaup beads all different. There’s only one of each some have liquid in them and some do not it says it on each one. Once these are gone, they will not be made again And they each come with two pan refills.
